Job Description – Program Engineer & Sr. Program Engineer

Program Engineer & Sr. Program Engineer

Reports To

Mr. HC Ho of Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare program specifications, gantt chart and project cost structure.

• Prepare Material Requisition (MR) and Technical Specifications Data sheet.


• Ensuring that projects are implemented according to schedule and the quality of our services meets or exceed our customers' expectations.


• To manage and execute projects (including cost, data, schedule and etc.)


• Record Management & Reports - records are to be kept up to date & management reports are to be prepared reguarly.


• Do site Inspection & Quality audits to ensure project meet standards set by the company.


• Attend to complaints promptly and work with all relevant parties to come up with solutions to problems.


• Continuously look for and implement best practices for efficient & effective Program Management.

Requirements

• At least Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Min 3 years' experience as Program/Project Management roles.
• Familiar in handling Automation Projects or High Volume OEM Business.
• Able to monitor, coordinate and evaluate work progress according to timeline and cost estimation.
• Able to read Engineering drawings, ISO processes will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skill both oral and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (need to liaise with Engineer & Mandarin speaking client).
• Good problem solving skills, communications and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office. Knowledge in Solid Work/Auto Cad is an advantage.
• Self motivated and result oriented.
• Willing to travel and work beyond the normal working hours.
• Fresh graduates with good attitude to learn and adapt fast are also encouraged to apply.
